Many People Say That I don’t talk about Weight gain so here Today,I am going to tell you about Weight Gain.
Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you’re underweight:

Eat more frequently:

Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.

Smoothies and shakes:

Don’t fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes made with milk and fresh fruit and sprinkle in some ground flaxseed/Raisins.

Make every bite count:

Snack on nuts, peanut butter, cheese, dried fruits and Sweet potato,Salads.Have a bedtime snack, such as a peanut butter sandwich or Fruit salad.
Yogurt,porridge and granola bars are also good choices.

EXERCISE:

While too much aerobic exercise will burn calories and work against your weight goal, strength training can help. This includes weight lifting or yoga. You gain weight by building muscle.

Add healthy calories:

You don’t need to drastically change your diet. You can increase calories by adding nut or seed toppings, cheese, and healthy side dishes. Try almonds, sunflower seeds, fruit, or whole-grain, wheat toast.

Go nutrient dense:

Instead of eating empty calories and junk food, eat foods that are rich in nutrients. Consider high-protein meals, which can help you to build muscle. Also, choose nutritious carbohydrates, such as brown rice and other whole grains.
